Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in garment construction is required.
• Experience using Optitex software is preferred but not required.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to ask questions, escalate concerns, and collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues.
• Positive, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.

• Create and lay markers accurately and efficiently while following sizing charts and product specifications
• Review product details, specifications, and illustrations to ensure production readiness
• Update spec sheets and maintain accurate product documentation
• Identify inconsistencies or questions and collaborate with Product Development to clarify specifications before production begins
• Maintain accurate records in NetSuite, including entering order yields and providing status updates
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support production timelines and priorities
• Assist with seasonal projects and support other production-related activities as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Take initiative in supporting evolving team and business priorities, including additional responsibilities as required
