Job Overview
Flota Mil is seeking an SEO, SEM & WordPress Consultant to drive advanced technical optimization techniques within the Philippine market. Core tasks include technical site audits, on-page optimization, site speed and Core Web Vitals improvements, schema markup, URL structure and canonicalization, backlink profiling with Ahrefs or SEMrush, and A/B testing.In parallel, the role requires conducting in-depth market research on wineries in Argentina and Chile to identify suppliers aligned with Philippine consumer demand. Native Spanish proficiency is essential to facilitate direct engagement with wineries and to ensure accurate communication during market research.
These insights will inform both sourcing strategies and the alignment of SEO/SEM campaigns. This role requires advanced expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and WordPress technical development. The consultant will apply algorithm-driven optimization, custom-coded solutions, and multilingual SEO strategies tooptimize algorithmic bidding efficiency to improve measurable performance indicators, organic visibility, and digital performance metrics across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and optimize SEM campaign parameters across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, utilizing algorithmic bidding models to optimize metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Execute advanced keyword modeling and semantic clustering through SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify multilingual, cross-market growth vectors.
- Perform deep technical SEO audits, including crawl budget optimization, canonicalization, indexation control, and structured data validation.
- Implement on-page SEO architecture in WordPress, including schema markup, meta field automation, and e-commerce plug-in integration.
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot WordPress CMS environments, ensuring secure deployment of plug-ins, theme frameworks, and e-commerce modules.
- Apply front-end performance optimization techniques using HTML, CSS, and asynchronous loading protocols to improve Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and maintain data-driven reporting frameworks in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for granular KPI tracking.
- Refine programmatic advertising workflows via DSP platforms (MediaMath preferred) with emphasis on audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and algorithmic bidding parameters within pre-set budget frameworks.
- Localize and optimize multilingual digital assets (Spanish-English), aligning directly with partner wineries’ marketing data sets and metadata structures.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates, advertising API changes, and emerging MarTech standards to implement innovative optimization methodologies.
- Perform data-driven analysis of consumer digital behavior and online traffic patterns in the European wine sector, with emphasis on Spanish demographics, retail patterns, and online purchasing behavior.
- Provide technical data analyses to support potential expansion decisions in Latin American markets (Argentina and Chile), adapting digital campaigns to regional consumption trends and advertising ecosystems.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital performance optimization with demonstrableability to adjust algorithmic bidding parameters within pre-set budget frameworks.
- At least 3 years of advanced WordPress consulting experience, including e-commerce plug-ins, theme customization, and security optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS troubleshooting for technical SEO and performance enhancement.
- Proven mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DSP ecosystems (MediaMath preferred).
- Expert use of SEMrush and Ahrefs for technical diagnostics, keyword mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
- Strong analytical proficiency with GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for multi-channel attribution analysis.
- Track record in CPA, CPL, ROAS, CLV optimization through algorithmic bidding and cross-platform campaign refinement.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English, enabling direct alignment with European partner wineries.
- In-depth understanding of European wine market demographics, particularly in Spain, including consumer behavior and purchasing drivers.
- Identify and evaluate wineries in Argentina and Chile whose portfolio aligns with the Philippine market demand for Spanish-origin wines. Conduct in-depth market research to assess product compatibility, distribution feasibility, and strategic fit. Insights will guide SEO/SEM alignment, ensuring digital campaigns reflect both local consumer preferences and international sourcing strategies.
