Are you ready to build connections, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and represent a global brand? ? We’re looking for a creative and outgoing Admissions Assistant & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

• What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate on events, networking activities, and marketing campaigns to build Centennial College’s presence in the Philippines
• Guide applicants, students, and partner agents through the admissions journey—from applications and program selection to tuition, acceptance letters, and other student services ?
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with the Toronto office on admission documents, marketing materials, and logistics
• Represent Centennial at education fairs, presentations, seminars, and other recruitment events across the Philippines
• Provide training and support to partner agents to enhance student recruitment success
• Assist students with services such as start dates, airport pick-up, residence reservations, and problem-solving in collaboration with the Toronto team
• What We’re Looking For:
• A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Creative, outgoing, and organized, with a strong eye for detail
• Skilled in collaborating on marketing initiatives, building partnerships, and growing brand presence
• Confident in public speaking and comfortable engaging with students, parents, and partners
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and able to present ideas clearly
• A natural networker who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments
• Someone with initiative, who can balance both marketing support and admissions tasks with professionalism
