We’re seeking an experienced Senior SAP C4C Functional Consultant to drive functional excellence across SAP C4C environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business needs with technical execution and thrives in fast‑paced, support‑driven landscapes.
Role Overview
You will act as the functional–technical link between business users and technical teams, supporting and enhancing SAP C4C solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise, solid technical understanding, and flexibility to support global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business and functional workshops to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, designs, and configurations
- Configure, customize, test, and support SAP C4C Sales and Service functionalities
- Serve as the primary functional consultant for incidents, enhancements, and change requests
- Perform root cause analysis and propose functional or technical solutions
- Handle urgent fixes, high‑priority incidents, transports, and emergency changes
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across environments
- Collaborate with technical teams on scripting, integrations, and complex enhancements
- Support and validate API‑based integrations with external systems
- Maintain functional documentation, test cases, and UAT results
- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements
- Provide user support, functional training, and adoption guidance
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer initiatives
- 2–3+ years of hands‑on SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting experience
- Strong functional expertise in SAP C4C Sales and Service
- Hands‑on experience with IronPython scripting
- Solid understanding of API integrations and data flows
- Experience working in AMS / support‑driven environments with SLA awareness
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules for global support coverage
- Able to support on‑call or extended hours during critical incidents or releases
