Senior Manager - Process Improvement | Media & Telco | Taguig

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager for Process Improvement to lead operational excellence initiatives across Telco and Media programs. The ideal candidate is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner with strong BPO process optimization experience and a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics.

• Lead and execute process improvement initiatives across Telco and Media accounts.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and design data-driven improvement plans.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Deliver completed Greenbelt-level projects focused on KPI improvement (e.g., CSAT, AHT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with business and client objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and guide teams on continuous improvement tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure sustainability of implemented solutions.

• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification (minimum requirement).
• Hands-on experience managing Telco and Media accounts.
• Process Improvement experience in a BPO setup is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Process Improvement capacity.
• Minimum of 2 years tenure in each of the last two organizations.
• Proven track record of completing Greenbelt projects focused on key KPIs such as CSAT and AHT.
• Must be a current Manager or Senior Manager in Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 10 years of minimum experience working in BPO
