About the Role

Attention to detail and reliability are essential, alongside a positive and engaging attitude.

This position is strictly on-site and office-based (NOT work-from-home).

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, and restocking inventory
• Update order records and support delivery coordination when required
• Respond to customer messages in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with basic administrative duties or product listing updates
• Help with simple content tasks, such as layouts or short videos
• Keep packing, storage, and work areas clean and well-organized

• Creative or interested in creative and visual tasks
• Comfortable participating in content-related activities when needed
• Interested in stationery, planners, or creative tools (an advantage but not required)

• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer tools
• Physically capable of handling light to moderate lifting
• Open to learning and adapting to new tasks and processes
