What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Excellence: Must have prior online teaching experience and a true passion for early childhood literacy.
• English Mastery: Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Kid-Friendly Energy: You must be naturally engaging, patient, and able to build rapport with kids through a screen.
• Growth Mindset: Must be available for a 3-day specialized online training (3 hours/day) prior to start. This unpaid online training is designed to certify you in our unique reading methodologies and ensure a smooth transition into the TRS Online team.

Technical Requirements:

• Computing Power: A reliable Laptop or PC.
• High-Speed Connectivity: Fiber internet with at least 100 mbps.
• Reliability: Must have a stable primary connection plus a backup ISP to ensure zero disruptions.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Part-Time Availability: Open to candidates who can commit to at least 3–4 hours a day.
• Peak Hours: Most sessions occur between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM (PHT).

• Work from Anywhere: Skip the commute and teach from the comfort of your home.
• Proven Methodology: Teach using a curriculum that actually works and see real progress in your students.
