Accounting Assistant| Day Shift | Onsite | Pampanga | Weekends Off - On-site | 7AM to 4PM

SEED PLUS, an established Australian accounting firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accounting Assistant to support our growing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of accounting tasks and developing their skills in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of accounting functions, including:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports and supporting month-end processes
• Managing payroll, employee expenses, and compliance obligations such as BAS, GST, superannuation, and payroll tax

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Experience working with Xero (preferred but not essential)
• A basic understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in the Philippines
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
