Building Maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repair

• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components.
• Repair minor electrical issues (e.g., bulb replacement, outlet repair), plumbing concerns (e.g., leaks, clogged drains), and carpentry tasks.
• Assist in the repair or replacement of damaged fixtures, equipment, and building parts.

1. Facility Upkeep

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, storage rooms, and maintenance areas.
• Inspect safety systems such as fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and alarms.
• Support waste management and proper disposal of maintenance-related materials.

1. Technical and Operational Support

• Monitor building utilities such as water, electricity, and air-conditioning units.
• Conduct troubleshooting for malfunctioning machines or equipment.
• Assist in setting up facilities for events, meetings, or operational activities.

1. Coordination and Compliance

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for repairs or projects.
• Comply with safety regulations, company standards, and security protocols.
• Report hazards, damages, and required major repairs to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance work performed.

Qualifications:

• Education: TESDA Graduates, Accept fresh graduates.

Skills:

• Knowledgeable on design software like Sketch up and AutoCAD.
• Skills in basic building maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
