JOB DESCRIPTION: Building Maintenance Staff
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000/month

Job Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry)
- Conduct regular inspection of building facilities and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of lights, water systems, and other utilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs if needed
- Keep records of maintenance work and report issues to management
- College level
- With proven experience in building maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Skilled, hardworking, and reliable
- Can work with minimal supervision
