ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Training Manager of Data Labeling & Processing, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a team of specialists who review and annotate drone imagery for underwriting reports. You will be a key contributor to the operational excellence of Bees360’s core service, ensuring report quality, team productivity, and alignment with strict SOPs and insurance industry standards.

This role is ideal for a strong operator and people leader who thrives in a high-accountability, process-driven environment and has a passion for training, quality assurance, and team development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of a team of data labeling & processing specialists.
• Train new specialists on SOPs for image classification, damage annotation, and report creation.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, guides, and review systems.
• Conduct regular audits of team output and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Coordinate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to identify tool improvements and workflow optimizations.
• Monitor daily team productivity and quality metrics, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the team’s point of escalation for complex cases or technical issues.
• Champion a culture of accountability, quality, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the Mandarin Language (spoken) is REQUIRED.
• Experience in operations management, training.
• Proven experience building or managing high-performing teams in a process-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• Ability to understand and teach technical concepts related to image classification, annotation, and inspection workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Maps, property data platforms (e.g., Zillow, Redfin), and labeling platforms is a plus
• Amenable working in Pampanga, Angeles/San Fernando
