POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN DATA GOVERNANCE ENGINEER

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the organization's data governance framework and policies.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and data stewards to ensure consistent data definitions, standards, and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain metadata repositories, data catalogs, and data lineage documentation.
• Build and manage data quality rules, profiling routines, and validation processes using industry tools.
• Provide technical support for data governance platforms.
• Translate data governance documentation and business requirements between Mandarin and English to support cross-regional collaboration.
• Participate in data governance committee meetings and assist in training and awareness efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, metadata, and master data management (MDM).
• Familiarity with data governance tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
