About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Sanitations and Operations Head to join our team at BestOption Management Consultants Inc'. This full-time role is based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant sanitation and operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation and operations plans to maintain a clean, safe and compliant manufacturing environment
Manage a team of sanitation and operations staff, including scheduling, training and performance management
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to plant cleanliness, efficiency and productivity
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations and reduce waste
Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimise plant performance
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior plant operations or sanitation management role within the manufacturing industry
Strong working knowledge of food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental compliance standards
Proven track record of implementing successful operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and people management skills
