Call Center Agent (CSR) | Cubao and Mandaluyong

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
- Open to college graduates and undergraduates with at least 1 year of college completed.
- Accepting applicants with at least 1 yr BPO experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni).
- Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
Visit us Monday to Friday, 9AM–4PM (except holidays) at:
- Quezon City: 3rd Floor, Gateway Mall, Cubao (near LRT 2 Araneta Center-Cubao Station)
- Mandaluyong City: Ground Floor, Robinsons Cybergate 1, Boni Avenue (near MRT Boni Station)
