About the role
We are seeking a talented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.'. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. This full-time role is based in Makati City, and you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of our call center operations.
What you'll be doing- Providing outstanding customer service by responding to inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, schedule appointments, or provide updates on product and service offerings
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Continuously developing your skills and knowledge to enhance your performance and provide the best possible customer experience
- With at least 3 Months BPO Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the customer service or logistics industry
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
