• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience in a techno-functional, configuration-focused role
• Proven experience as a Workday HCM configurator, not limited to HR operations, HRIS administration, or user support
• Strong experience in Workday HCM administration, security administration, reporting, and compensation modules
• Strong ability to design, configure, enhance, and optimize Workday HCM Business Processes using the Workday Business Process Framework
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs, configurations, workflows, reports, and system solutions
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Core HCM, security roles, reporting structures, data governance, and HR compliance requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot Tier 2-3 Workday issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend system improvements
• Ability to independently manage configuration changes, testing, releases, and post-implementation support
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills

• Partner with HRIS to configure, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, reports, integrations, and security roles
• Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting Workday issues, escalating complex cases when required, and ensuring resolution follow-through
• Monitor and process tickets and requests accurately and within agreed timelines
• Support system updates and participate in testing and rollout of new features, upgrades, and configuration changes
• Develop and maintain custom Workday reports, including calculated fields
• Research integration and data issues and implement solutions aligned with documented best practices
• Create and update user guides, documentation, and basic training materials for internal stakeholders
• Follow governance protocols to ensure data privacy, accuracy, and system security compliance
