At Honda Philippines, Inc., we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Supervisor to play a crucial role in driving our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. As a member of our dynamic Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of impactful digital campaigns that align with our business objectives and resonate with our customers.This full-time position is based in Calabarzon, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute comprehensive digital road maps tailored to Philippine motorcycle market.
- Manage the launch of new models (Commuter to Big Bikes) using a mix of social media, website, mobile app display and search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and visually appealing digital content that drives user engagement and conversion
- Oversee the creation of high-impact visual and video content that resonates with Filipino riding culture
- Manage the community engagement across SNS platform (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube), Website and Mobile App
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering their professional development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, website, mobile app and paid ads)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven digital marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable plans
- Strong creative and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals
