Digital / Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital / Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand across digital platforms.

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, photos, videos, reels)
• Monitor trends and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the team for project features, site updates, and marketing campaigns
• Edit photos and videos for high-quality content output
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on social media growth and engagement
• Assist in branding, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong skills in photo and video editing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
