Operations Manager FMCG

Are you a results-driven leader with strong experience in FMCG operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management? Join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily FMCG operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
- Ensure efficient execution of supply chain processes to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve operational objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational issues while maintaining high service quality.
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in FMCG, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
