Plumbing and Sanitary Design Engineer - Pasay

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in applying standards and criteria in plumbing and sanitary system designs and calculations in support of ASYA DESIGN Engineering Department operations.
• Support multi-disciplinary projects and help resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend site meetings as required by the project or requested by clients.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing plans for submission and approval.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with team engineers to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Support team members in producing accurate and timely deliverables.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Environmental and Sanitary Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Sanitary Engineer.
• Open to candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from an engineering consultancy firm or real estate developer.
• Experience in construction management of small to large-scale projects (e.g., high-rise, mid-rise, commercial) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of contracts and cost estimation is a plus.
• Familiar with local and international plumbing and sanitary codes.
• Able to assist in the design and drawing of plumbing and sanitary systems, details, and basic calculations.
• Detail-oriented with high visual attention.
• Capable of supporting quality control in plumbing and sanitary design work.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant computer applications; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in MOA, Pasay.
