Trade Marketing Specialist

Reporting to: Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring flawless implementation of merchandising standards, in-store visibility initiatives, and localized trade projects across assigned areas or accounts. This role works closely with field sales teams and trade partners to ensure full compliance with execution guidelines while gathering insights that drive continuous improvement in in-store presence and shopper experience.

Other responsibilities include:

• On-time and in-full execution of national trade promotions
• Ensures that the area is aligned with national cycle promos, merchandising programs and guidelines, and channel local promos
• Supports the Trade Marketing team in monitoring inventory and ensuring optimal distribution

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field of study
• At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Field Sales
• Proficiency in various tools and software such as Google Sheets and analytics platform
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills
