Testing Automation Engineer | Playwright

Job Summary

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to drive UI and API automation initiatives across our projects. This role focuses on building and enhancing automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality releases through robust end-to-end testing, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll play a key role in improving test efficiency, stability, and overall software quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Enhance and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Develop, execute, and stabilize UI and end-to-end (E2E) test suites
• Implement API automation, including authentication, schema validation, and backend data verification
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and optimize regression test execution
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure seamless testing integration
• Continuously improve automation frameworks for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Document testing processes, results, and best practices
• Identify risks and recommend automation-driven solutions

• Apply automation methodologies to enhance testing processes
• Manage end-to-end quality engineering activities
• Improve accuracy, control, and efficiency in the testing lifecycle
• Contribute to team discussions and provide technical solutions
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in automation

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Playwright
• Strong experience in automated testing (UI & API)
• Experience with Selenium and functional test planning
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or other scripting languages
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks
• Experience in testing web applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
