Business Process Evaluation & Optimization
  • Examine and evaluate current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points in operations and propose targeted process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for workflows, standard procedures, and policies to drive operational consistency and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  • Gather and analyze business data to uncover trends, support business decisions, and enhance strategy development.
  • Build informative reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health in real-time.
  • Assist in defining business metrics and monitor the impact of initiatives to ensure alignment with goals.
Technology Enablement & System Support
  • Translate business needs into well-defined system specifications and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to assess and deploy technology solutions that streamline operations.
  • Support data migrations, software upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Document all phases of the system lifecycle-requirements, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, validating that solutions meet user expectations and business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure technology initiatives align with business strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Provide training sessions and user documentation to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new tools and systems.
Project Coordination & Waterfall Delivery
  • Support the execution of business transformation and process improvement projects using the Waterfall methodology.
  • Assist in preparing essential project documents, including business cases, requirement specifications, and regular status updates.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and manage risks to ensure timely and successful project completion within defined scope and budget.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, project delivery, or process improvement roles-preferably in the banking, financial services, or insurance sector.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects under the Waterfall methodology, with a strong grasp of structured project phases and documentation.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, financial operations, data analytics tools, and regulatory frameworks (SEC, PDEx, AMLC) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and engage stakeholders effectively.
