About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Licensed Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Asya Design. As a Licensed Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and functional interior spaces that align with the company's brand and vision.This is a full-time role based in our office at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Manage 4 - 5 major projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts and plans
- Select and specify appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures
- Create detailed design drawings and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's design processes and standards
- Licensed Interior Design / PIID or Non Licensed
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science / Fine Arts in Interior Design
- With 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in space planning, color theory, and material selection
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate design ideas to clients
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Passion for creating innovative and functional interior spaces
