We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions (TORCH). This is a full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
