- Fielding inbound calls from customers and responding to email/chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns, and providing effective solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- At least High School/Senior High School Graduate
