As the Total Rewards Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and benchmark the company's compensation and benefits packages against industry standards
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and administer competitive pay structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs
  • Manage the administration of payroll, leave, and other HR-related processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on compensation and benefits policies
  • Continuously research and recommend improvements to the company's total rewards offerings
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the organisation's strategic goals

Must have:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
  • Must have Employee engagement Manager/ Team lead experience for at least 1 - 2 years
  • At least 5 years of experience in total rewards management or compensation and benefits administration
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and best practices in the Philippines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work onsite on a Mid shift/Shifting schedule in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Nice to have but not required:

  • Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
  • Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
