Project development manager

Job Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle from design, planning, or inception to execution and completion.
• Oversee engineering design, fabrication, product development, and project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams (design, engineering, procurement, construction, and quality).
• Drive innovation, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle contract management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance (local and international).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in design, engineering, warehousing, and project management.
• At least 5–10 years in a senior leadership role managing complex projects.
• Proven expertise in EPC projects, product design, and project lifecycle management.
• Specialized experience in renewable energy, pumping systems, fabrication, or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards (ISO, ASME, BS) and QMS/HSEQ systems.
• Operations and Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience in handling multi-disciplinary product departments and complex projects.
• On-hand experience with a wide range of products in various industries.
• Adept with aspects of Product development, sales andProject management, quickly conceptualize the techno commercial aspects of new and different products.
• Possess specialized skills in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and agile project management. Excel at leadership, problem-solving, and communication, effectively driving cross-functional teams towards achieving product vision and business goals.
