Job Description

Recommends and maintains the optimal manpower complement for assigned areas, including evaluating potential expansion areas through objective analysis.
Provides guidance to team members in developing and implementing standard operating procedures aligned with company objectives.
Monitors, coaches, and mentors team members to enhance their knowledge and skills and help them reach their full potential.
Develops and manages business plans for sales and distribution, including manpower planning and development; oversees total operational costs within the assigned territory.
Formulates and implements business strategies based on market research, operational results, and internal/external data and feedback.
Conducts distribution and placement checks to evaluate the effectiveness of current distribution models.
Ensures the timely submission of all required reports within the assigned territory.
Prepares and submits accurate, complete, and timely reports required by the Principal and Distributor Owner.

Provides analysis and insights on market conditions, competitive activities, and business trends.

Job Qualifications

Open to male or female applicants
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related business course
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
At least 2 years of relevant leadership and supervisory experience
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure

Experience in sales is an advantage
