Job Description

Analyzes business conditions and trends within assigned accounts.
Builds and maintains strong trade relationships with outlet owners.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly coverage plans to ensure consistent servicing of all pre-listed accounts.
Strictly adheres to itinerary schedules for area coverage, sales activities, and collections.
Plans and implements effective product displays across all assigned accounts.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of accounts, including assigned blocks or areas.
Develops and executes action plans, programs, and directives in line with guidelines from the Operations Manager (OM) or Field Supervisor (FS).
Submits accurate, timely, and updated sales reports, including competitor activities and trade information; regularly updates the account database.
Implements, monitors, and improves merchandising activities and objectives per account.

Ensures compliance of accounts with the company’s credit and collection policies.

Job Qualifications

Open to male or female applicants
College graduate
Basic understanding of selling strategies and practices
Willingness and ability to learn product functions, features, and specifications
Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with accounts, identify opportunities, and address concerns or complaints
Good numerical skills to compute prices, margins, discounts, and credit terms
Clerical ability to maintain accurate transaction records and prepare reports

Willing to perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager (OM) or Field Supervisor (FS)
