Aircon technician (nom nom nom realty developer corp.)

The Aircon Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The role ensures that all cooling equipment operates efficiently and safely to provide a comfortable environment for customers and employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in air conditioning systems.
• Clean air filters, coils, ducts, and other system components.
• Check refrigerant levels and perform recharging when necessary.
• Replace defective parts and components.
• Ensure all air conditioning units are operating efficiently and safely.
• Maintain service records and reports of completed work.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Follow company safety policies and industry standards.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Aircon Technician is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
• capable of handling tools and equipment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
