Multi Skilled Technician (Ortigas, Mandaluyong City)

About the role

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Performing a variety of operations and maintenance tasks, including electrical & mechanical (Electrical Substation and Generator Set, HVAC Systems, Pumps, Motors, Blowers, Switch Gears, Compressors, Sewage Treatment, UPS, FDAS and Fire Protection), plumbing, carpentry, and general handyperson services
• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems to identify and address any issues
• Responding promptly to service requests and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborating with the facilities management team to ensure the overall efficiency and functionality of the client's premises
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to protect both yourself and others

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in commercial office buildings, condominiums, or residential projects.
• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate is required.
• With TESDA NCII Certificate is advantage.
• Proficiency in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyperson services
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and address issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and respond to their needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the client's facilities
• Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and regulations in the maintenance and services industry
