Role Overview:

As an Admin VA, you will provide essential administrative support to our international clients. You’ll help manage day-to-day tasks, ensure smooth operations, and support internal and external communications—all while working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Organize and maintain physical/digital files and records
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Conduct basic internet research as needed
  • Handle data entry and basic bookkeeping
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams
  • Support general office admin and logistics tasks
  • Update CRM or tools used by clients (if required)

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Admin VA, supporting international clients
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to work onsite at our office location
