What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions at the point-of-sale
- Delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset promptly
- Assisting with side duties such as stocking and light food preparation
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to all safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Waitress or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
