About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in SM Legazpi City, Albay. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated retail professionals.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development within a growing Retail & Consumer Products company.
What you'll be doing- Manage the overall operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates, providing training and support as needed
- Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and regional management
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience
