Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description:

1. Oversee food preparation, kitchen, and cashier operations
2. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas
3. Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards
4. Possess a keen sense of taste and smell to inspect food quality
5. Take initiative and work with minimal supervision
6. Mentor and train staff

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year business-related course, HRM, or Culinary
2. Passionate about food
3. At least 1 year of work experience in the food service industry (preferred)
4. Outstanding leadership and management skills
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Willing to do field work
7. Available to start ASAP
