We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent medical assistance, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to a healthy workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and medical assistance to all employees.
- Monitor, update, and maintain clinic forms and documentation, including inventory of clinic supplies, medical records, and other relevant documents.
- Serve as one of the company’s designated Safety Coordinators.
- Facilitate employee training related to health and safety, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Liaise with the HMO provider, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of membership lists.
- Report health incidents and ensure compliance with DOLE reporting requirements.
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding health and wellness.
- Possess a diverse skillset applicable to various operational roles within the organization is preferred. This could include training, administration, events or other areas of support.
Qualifications:
- A licensed nurse in the Philippines, with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably as a Company Nurse/OHN.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safter and Health) training is required.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, including DOLE compliance.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and training facilitation abilities.
- Experience with HMO coordination and employee health programs is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, shifting schedule)
