Job description:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience specialized in Healthcare/Industrial - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • With comprehensive clinical training, occupational health and nursing.
  • Certification on Basic Occupational Health and Safety and Basic Life Support.
  • Knowledge in nasal swabbing.

Job Description:

Nursing Tasks:

  • Provides nursing care/first aid to all employees in workplace in case of illness.
  • Submit reports to management on all the employees that were given treatment.
  • Monitors the inventory of medicines, first aid kit and other medical equipment.
  • Coordinates with the HR for requests of medicines and first aid kit.
  • Provides opinion and assess the condition of the employee and determine if an employee will require medical leave.
  • Assess the condition of the employee and provide information to the company in case of compensation and disability claim.
  • Assists in the preparation of company health and safety standard.
  • Responsible in the company’s daily health survey monitoring.
  • Validate medical results of new employees prior to onboarding and medical certificate of employees prior to reporting back to office.
  • Prepare medical attestation whenever an employee needs for official business.
  • Draft, develop and implement occupational health and wellness programs, in coordination with the health care provider.
  • Assists the Human Resource Department in scheduling, record-keeping, evaluation and coordination of Annual Physical Exam and other health-related activities.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handles the HMO Administration. (Enrollment of newly regularized employees, deletion of resigned employees and other HMO Concerns)
  • Coordinates with the health care provider regarding the employee's HMO.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and annual health statistics report.
  • Maintains confidential health-related files and records of employee.
  • Provides assistance to reception area whenever needed.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Government Benefits (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, BIR)
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
