Job Summary

Asya Medika Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in medical imaging equipment. The role will lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence for imaging solutions across hospitals and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for imaging equipment (e.g., X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI)
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives within the assigned area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, radiology departments, and diagnostic centers
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts
  • Oversee product demonstrations, bidding, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management handling medical imaging equipment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of imaging products and healthcare procurement processes
  • Established network in hospitals and diagnostic centers is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
