Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

Cartrack, is a global leader in fleet management and telematics solutions, it is expanding its sales presence in Philippines. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Managers; B2B Sales Representative (Hunter) to focus on new business acquisition across corporate and SME clients.
This is a target-driven, outbound sales role suited for individuals who excel in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on new business development.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer operational needs and propose tailored fleet management and telematics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter or new business role.
- Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face client engagement.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based sales role.
- Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, automotive, or insurance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
