We are hiring for CSR in Taguig for a Canadian Health Insurance Account:

Qualifications:

• College Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree Holder (4 year or 5 year course)
• Candidate must have 18 months BPO experience handling - Healthcare/Insurance account.
• Must be inbound voice catering to members' eligibility, benefits, and coverage concerns.
• TOR / Diploma should be available/on-hand.

Location: BGC Taguig

• 18,000 – 24,000 Basic Pay (Base on previous salary and assessment)
• 7,000 Allowance, can increase to 10,000 allowance upon regularization.
