- 5-7 years of experience leading complex end-to-end service transitions or work migrations, from discovery through business-as-usual handover
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required
- Strong process documentation experience, including process maps, SOPs, work instructions, KPIs, and management reporting
- Proven ability to establish quality, governance, calibration, and operational control frameworks across shared services or transactional teams
- Track record in continuous improvement, backlog management, process optimization, and performance enhancement
- Experience leading teams, coaching employees, and supporting capability development
- Background in regulated or high-control environments, such as legal, financial services, or compliance operations
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification is preferred
- Quality assurance, audit, or operational risk experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
- Experience delivering training, certification, and Train-the-Trainer programs
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience producing governance insights for senior stakeholders
- Establish and roll out a standardized transition framework covering discovery, migration, stabilization, and handover to business-as-usual operations
- Produce and maintain accurate process maps, procedures, work instructions, and supporting documentation in line with agreed requirements
- Create and oversee the shared services quality framework, including issue logging, defect analysis, and corrective action planning
- Standardize quality control practices across teams through regular governance reviews, calibration sessions, and performance checks
- Design and facilitate operational training, assessment, and certification programs for new and existing team members
- Manage the shared services reporting and management information framework, providing clear insights for governance and service delivery reviews
- Coordinate the continuous improvement pipeline by evaluating priorities, assigning ownership, and monitoring progress through completion
- Measure and report the operational and financial outcomes delivered by improvement initiatives
- Plan transition and improvement activities to ensure appropriate resources, timelines, and dependencies are aligned
- Act on behalf of the Shared Services Center Lead when required to maintain leadership coverage and operational continuity
