We are looking for a dedicated Reporting Analyst to join our Multi Level Testing (MLT) team. The role focuses on creating user friendly reporting tools, promoting their effective use, and ensuring appropriate governance around access and data quality.As part of a busy team, the role also assists with MLT processes and testing system changes, as required.

What will you do as a Reporting Analyst?
Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager (Data and Reportin), your accountabilities will include:
- Creates and maintains BI data assets, ensuring accuracy, usability and performance.
- Applies good data governance practice, ensuring report audiences are appropriate and access is relevant.
- Applies good development practice, using version control and testing as part of deployment pipelines.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across departments to promote report use and capture reporting requirements.
- Creates and maintains ad-hoc data sources like spreadsheets, ensuring they are well structured, robust and capture consistent and meaningful data.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements across MLT, using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint) to automate process steps where possible.

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:Essential:
- Power BI Desktop and Service experience.
- Excel proficiency
- Data modelling fundamentals
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data records.
- Pro-active, self-motivated
- Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Information Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related areas) is advantageous but not required.
- Strong general technical skills, particularly relating to interoperability of data sources.
- Power Automate
- Structured data sources in the MS ecosystem (e.g. Lists / Dataverse)
- SQL
