The main responsibilities of a REPORTING ANALYST include:
- Reporting & Data Management
- Design, develop, and deliver accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Maintain and enhance HR data infrastructure to support evolving business needs
- Partner with the HRIS team to optimize data processes, streamline workflows, and improve system integration
- Provide insights on key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, diversity, and workforce planning
- Insights & Automation
- Analyze HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business strategies
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand reporting and automation requirements
- Develop scalable and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, analytics methodologies, and dashboards
- Proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
- Project Management & Process Improvement
- Lead and/or support automation and transformation projects using tools such as Excel, VBA, and Power Apps
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage reporting and analytics initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery
- Support continuous improvement efforts by introducing best practices in data analytics and reporting
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Finance, Business, or any related field
- 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or HR analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards); knowledge of VBA or Power Platform is a strong advantage
- Experience with HRIS and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
