Batangas - Project Engineer

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus, but not required
• With 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision or project engineering
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proficient in reading structural, architectural, and MEPF plans
• Can coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site
• Skilled in preparing site reports, monitoring forms, and basic cost tracking
• Familiar with construction safety protocols and site quality control
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Can handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure project progress is on track
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers for timely execution
• Monitor actual work vs. planned schedule, report delays, and recommend solutions
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, accomplishment logs, and progress photos
• Assist in quantity surveying and material take-offs for procurement or billing
• Coordinate with the design team for clarifications and plan revisions
• Ensure site safety and cleanliness is maintained at all times
• Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and manpower on-site
• Identify and report potential site risks, discrepancies, or conflicts proactively
• Represent the company during site inspections or client walkthroughs
• Assist in processing permits, documentation, and coordination with government agencies if needed
• Support the project manager in ensuring that target deadlines and budgets are met
