POSITION TITLE: PROCESS FOREMAN OFFICER

(1) VACANCY

To be responsible for the Project Engineer improvement current production and prepare details new coming project.
To manage the Project from producing part for submission till part been approve to run production.
To lead and guild the team the team of Project engineer in monitoring all the process flow so that we can minimum error which will occur.
To develop team in problem solving process and 5D in systematic C in the factory
Setup a training team with Quality Team to increase the knowledge of checking parts and judgment in part to be independent.
To increase the responsiveness and effectiveness during part approvable issue.
Improve the process and plan schedule on time so that there’s no mishandling and miscommunication between customer and internally.
Support the Project Team in the daily activities and share the information on solving urgent issue.
Drive on critical product to be trial and complete within a short lead time.
Create teamwork between the members of KPPH.
Ensure the Project Engineer meets the Dept and company defined goal and targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate/s must possess at least an engineering degree related to the job.
A minimum of four (4) years’ experience related as process foreman officer within manufacturing and/or industry management.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Good communications and leadership skills.
Can work under pressure.
Can speak Thai and English.
