Graphic Artist

You are to apply all works to digital advertisements, marketing materials, sales documents, trade show materials and web graphics.

As Graphic Artist, you should be innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys challenges. You should support the work of the marketing department and the Executive Committee on the projects directed to maximize company profits, as well as, developing graphics and marketing campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create graphics in a very technical environment and maintain brand standards and style
• Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners
• Maintain and improve web graphics, brand standards and style
• Develop company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great attention to details
• Collaborating with the direct superior, internal teams, brand assistant, marketing assistant, clients and partners on designs, collaterals and strategic layouts
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation of the digital framework
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
• Working closely with sales head for their marketing material requirements and other assistance
• Gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Possibly assist from time to time in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Communicate directly with vendors and encourage trusting relationships
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaign material requirements
• Submit ideas for experimental marketing designs to enhance and grow the company’s brand
• Build good working relationships between internal and external partners and customers
• Prepare and present marketing designs for items required by the company
• Ensure that required marketing designs are provided and available on a timely manner
• Understand the needs of internal and external business partners and vendors
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings required by the company
• Possible requirement to travels nationwide to acquire or visit clients
• Perform and assist all other tasks not stipulated on this document but required by the company
