As a Direct Sales Officer, you will:

• Man UnionBank booths in assigned locations nationwide (malls, events, corporate offices, affiliates, and other activation areas).
• Engage customers proactively to promote and sell UnionBank’s products and services.
• Explain product features clearly, answer customer inquiries, and guide them through the application process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete all required bank trainings to maintain product knowledge and operational compliance.
• Maintain brand professionalism and uphold UnionBank’s customer service standards.
• Support booth operations such as set‑up, documentation, and daily reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
