As a Direct Sales Officer, you will:
- Man UnionBank booths in assigned locations nationwide (malls, events, corporate offices, affiliates, and other activation areas).
- Engage customers proactively to promote and sell UnionBank’s products and services.
- Explain product features clearly, answer customer inquiries, and guide them through the application process.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete all required bank trainings to maintain product knowledge and operational compliance.
- Maintain brand professionalism and uphold UnionBank’s customer service standards.
- Support booth operations such as set‑up, documentation, and daily reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
