About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations and support. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to ongoing projects that help improve our technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
- Assist in system upgrades, installations, and ensuring proper configuration of devices and applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Help with the management of network infrastructure and security systems.
- Assist in data backups, system documentation, and reporting.
- Participate in IT projects, providing support as needed, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
